The founder of the JER Group of Companies has been a prominent figure in the retail credit and banking industry in South Africa for the last 25 years, where he worked for a leading South African bank as a Recoveries Manager and served as a Senior Credit Manager for 15 years. He gained invaluable experience as Managing Director of a debt management company exclusively servicing one of South Africa’s largest retail companies for a period of 6 years and is currently serving on the executive board of directors of the Association of Debt Recovery Agents (ADRA) as Legal Officer for the last 8 years and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (B Com).
