The founder of JER 31 and Associates Recoveries has been a prominent figure in the retail credit and banking industry in South Africa for the last 22 years, where he worked for a leading South African bank as a Recoveries Manager and served as a Credit Manager for almost 15 years, engaging with several key industry role players over the years. He gained invaluable experience as Managing Director of a debt management company exclusively servicing one of South Africa’s largest retail companies for a period of 6 years and is currently serving on the executive board of directors of the Association of Debt Recovery Agents (ADRA) as Legal Officer for the last 5 years and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (B Com).
