Debt Management
The company’s business strategy revolves around a sound knowledge of the credit life cycle of the debtor which starts with the granting of credit and ends with the recovery of the debt in the event of default. As a result, JER 31 and Associates Recoveries understands the importance of rehabilitation of a debtor and hence a large emphasis is placed on successful recovery without damaging the relationship between our clients and their customers.
Our services include:
End-to-end management of debtor portfolios on behalf of our clients, including the management of EDC’s (External Debt Collectors), book sales, debt review and clients under administration.
Consultation of clients on regulatory compliance and collection strategies, which deliver optimal results.
Early-stage collections – call centre-based collections with an emphasis on activating and maintaining payments, reducing cost and improving the debtor’s credit profile and ability to obtain credit.
Late-stage collections – call centre-based collections with the emphasis on re-activating and maintaining payments and improve rehabilitation, reducing cost and prevent legal action.
Field agents visits to sign documents and obtain debt repayment mandates from debtors.
Referrals for legal action to be taken.
